I keep forgetting to weigh myself I weighed myself the day after my last post and had lost 1lb but I know there is fluctuation day to day I really need to remember to weigh myself again before I eat in the morning since I don't want to add extra weight. Also want to take measurements again but that will probably have to wait till I get back from my quick trip to D.C. (need to get my Israel papers in order and since they will not call me back....)
Anyway just wanted to check in, not doing great on the eating front but doing a bit better and have been exercising more. Really need to step it up though!
